4 species were added to my November list ( 55), at Cortonwood : Canada Goose, Teal, Goldcrest & Linnet. The best of the rest, were : 3 Mute Swan & 2 Pochard. Pretty rubbish, really.
55 for the month is a pretty good tally Dean, especially when you think how little you been getting out due to the weather and work. The garden blackcap put me on 56, but I think 60 will be a good total for me this month - I still havn't done a full patch visit yet!
Yeh, it`s the only thing that`s keeping me ticking over, Steve.
Cheers, Warren. The phrase "it never rains, but it pours" springs to mind. I can`t remember the last time i saw a wintering Blackcap. Fingers crossed, for one this year. I`m reckoning on 65>70 for my list.
